A WinSock compliant Usenet news, NNTP to SOUP offline news and mail packer for internet users.
Designed to create a usenet SOUP news and mail packet using WINSOCK, NNTP, SMTP and POP3.

I prefer not to receive cash but if you have no alternative then you must
take the responsibility if it goes missing. Cash can be either $10Aus in
Australian dollars or the equivalent of $20Aus in any other currency.
